Which is the best way to learn hypnosis
Learn Hypnosis
In the first part of your hypnosis training you are going to learn conventional hypnosis, as established and pioneered by the farther of hypnosis: James Braid. There are four stages to this type of hypnosis plus an optional fifth. It’s also worth noting that you will need someone who is willing to be hypnotized in order to do this.
Induction
The first thing you need to learn is an induction techniques, this is where you put people into the hypnotic trance. There are a variety of ways in which you can achieve this, which range from taking 30 seconds to instantly putting someone under. However at this stage we are just going to learn a simple one that’s easy to understand for beginners called the 8 word induction.
The first part of this induction is to hold out your hand and have the person you’re hypnotizing push down on it with theirs.
Next, tell them to close their eyes.
Then remove you hand as quickly and sharply as possible. This will startle the person you’re hypnotizing.
While shocked, tell them in an authoritative voice to SLEEP!
As soon as they enter the trance you should deepen them (covered next) so they don’t emerge from it.
Tip: There is a good chance that those who are susceptible to induction will fall over when you tell them to sleep… do the whole thing sitting down to avoid any incidents.
Deepening
The next thing needed in order to learn hypnosis is a deepening. Once you have put someone in a hypnotic trance you need to firstly, make sure they stay in that trance, and secondly, you’ll want to send them as deep as possible into the trance so your suggestions are as effective as possible.
Deepening is an easy enough process; the best way for a beginner to do it is by placing you hand on their forehead and slowly rotating their head in a circular motion. While doing this you can say things like “you’re dropping into an even deeper sleep” and “You can’t open your eyes”. A good way a checking whether they have been successfully deepened is to ask them to try and open their eyes. If they can’t do this, move onto the next stage.
Programming
In this part of the online hypnosis training you will find out how to actually make the person you’re hypnotizing do something. What you can make them do will vary depending on how susceptible they are and how deep into the trance they are. Don’t be surprised if you aren’t able to make someone behave like a chicken the first time you try this.
In order to program someone, you need to command them, be forceful, but not aggressive. There are many things that you can make the person you’re hypnotizing do, for example if you wanted, you could make them forget their name by telling them “you can’t remember your name”.
Tip: when you try to learn hypnosis start small, don’t assume that you will be able to do everything straight away, work hard and practice often. Check out this guide to improve your hypnosis -

Amnesia effect (optional extra)
Although the amnesia effect is not necessary at all to hypnotize someone, it can be fun. In the above example you learned that you can make people forget their name, well in addition to everything else, you can also make them forget that they have been hypnotized.
Again like in the above example you simply need to command the person you are hypnotizing to forget the fact that they are being hypnotizing.
Bringing them back
The final part of preforming hypnosis is bringing the person have hypnotized out the hypnotic trance. I hate to do anything stereotypical but, for a beginner the easiest way to get someone out of a hypnotic trance is by saying “I’m going to count down from three and snap my fingers, when I do you will be completely awake”.
Once you have brought them back any hypnotic effects will have disappeared, unless you have used a post-hypnotic suggestion, while that isn’t covered on this page, you can learn about it in depth by using the art of covert hypnosis – click here to check it out
Learn NLP
NLP or neurolinguistic programming is a form of covert hypnosis which is quite literal to its name. You use linguistics (or speech) to programme the person you’re hypnotizing i.e you will learn conversational hypnosis, what’s more the person you’re using it on isn’t aware of it hence it being a covert hypnosis.
NlP is all about the subconscious links in a person’s mind. People don’t know, or realise it but their mind subconsciously links one thing to another, these can be both tenuous and obvious but the important thing is that they’re there.
By exploiting these links one is able to make the person they are hypnotizing feel anything. But first you need to have a rapport with the person you’re Using NLP on; if you’re friends with the person you probably already have a rapport with them. If not, one of the best ways for a beginner is to use the mirroring technique. Basically you just need to copy the body language of the person you a using hypnosis nlp on, if they cross their arms you cross yours, if they touch their face, you touch yours etc.
Once you have a rapport with the person you are using NLP hypnosis on, simply continue to talking to them, but subtly slip in some linguistic programming words, for example one of the more obvious ones used by ‘pickup artists’ is words like hard and long. The person they’re using nlp hypnosis on would then make the subconscious link between those words and a phallus, and become attracted to the guy.
Tip: I’d encourage you to discover how different words affect people yourself, however if you want to cheat, this product goes into a lot detail on NLP.
Learn stage hypnosis
It’s easy to learn stage hypnosis, but nigh impossible to practice, mainly because it’s just a combination of various hypnotic tricks and hypnotic techniques, however they tend to work best (and sometimes) only when there is an audience present. Granted you could probably get away with an audience as little as three, however the more people present for your mass hypnosis, the easier it becomes.
Nether the less if you are keen to learn stage hypnosis, the thing you absolutely must know is an instant induction, additionally you need to be able to deepen and programme very quickly, because there is nothing worse than having an audience get bored while you try any deepen someone.
NLP hypnosis is also good to use while practicing stage hypnosis, however it’s tends to better serve as making the audience more susceptible to hypnosis.
Tip: You need to be oozing in confidence in order to be a successful stage hypnotist, it’s a good idea to hit the streets and finds groups of three or so people to practice on, that way you can improve both your confidence and hypnosis skills. It’s a win-win situation. You should also check out some of the guides available – click here now.
Which Is The Best Way To Learn Hypnosis?
The answer to this question is somewhat subjective, and in truth there is no best way to learn hypnosis, because after all it will depend on the person who is is doing the learning. Those with a good attention span will have not find it difficult at all to learn hypnosis online, however those who find it hard to concentrate for more than 30 min at a time may find it better to be taught hypnosis in a class room.
Additionally the things which you will learn will vary depending on whether you are learning hypnosis at home or in a classroom/ seminar. Being taught at a seminar will give you a more standard knowledge which could be more useful in day to day life, however it could also be argued that some of the online guides have cooler tricks helping you to look more awesome.
To conclude this section, I’m sorry I couldn’t give you a definitive answer as to the best way to learn hypnosis, but if you were to put a gun to my head I would say that doing it online is better.
